CHROMED project is successfully terminated on March 2016.
With 312 patients enrolled and studied for 9 months by 6 clinical centers in 5 EU Countries, CHROMED is the largest international multi-center randomized control trial evaluating the effectiveness of an integrated telecare approach for COPD patients based on telemonitoring of physiological parameters.
The CHROMED system resulted to be especially cost-effective for the patient at a higher risk of rehospitalisation.
